ballet

Ballet is the foundation of all other dance genres and is crucial in helping develop the discipline required for dance. beauty, grace and balance are just a few of the things your dancer will learn from ballet.

jazz

jazz is all about high energy, sharp movements and clean lines. your dancer will learn leaps & turns, as well as how to become a great performer.

tap

tap is where your dancer will learn how to understand rhythm and musicality. two important things that will help every other style they train in.

contemporary

contemporary is an expressive art form that has grown from a mixture of ballet, lyrical and jazz. constantly changing and evolving, your dancer will learn how to be confident in their own skin.

LYRICAL

LYRICAL IS A COMBINATION OF BALLET AND JAZZ, THAT USES SOFTER MOVES TO CONNECT LYRICALLY WITH MUSIC. IT IS A WONDERFUL WAY FOR YOUR DANCER TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES.

HIP HOP

hip hop brings isolations, levels and textures to your dancers' repertoire. they will gain arm strength and coordination, as well as the ability to hit movements hard.

stretching & conditioning

stretching is one of the most important things for a dancer, flexibility will open them up to more possibilities in all styles. conditioning will give them the stamina to perform to their fullest potential.

leaps & turns

leaps & turns will crossover into ballet, jazz, lyrical & contemporary. it will help your dancer master the basics, as well as work on more challenging moves to enhance every dance.

acro

acro is where your dancer can work on those skills and tricks they can incorporate into all of their dances. aerials, chin stands and walkovers are just a few of the things they can expect to work on.
